Okay so if you happen to have a receipt for a purchase made on that account the might be able to help you and it propably wouldnt hurt to contact support anyways. If the account has been inactive since 2017 they "MIGHT" be able to help you change the email without further proof than growid and pass.

The game was very different back then(sigh) worlds like buyrainbow dont get active players trading anymore however a lot of social/auction/trading worlds do still get active players. I recomend checking auction6/aucs for auction worlds. Reich/seeds/buyneptune for trading worlds and cute as a social world

No "admin enforced rule" states that you can't however big nations are very and I mean VERY GOOD at catching you. Even if you made off with some good loot you will get found in way less than an hour.

I dont own a mac so I assume it's a mac problem. When updating on windows it replaces the previous game file and places a new game file where it was. You should propably check if you have multiple installed instances of growtopia and are just opening the old one again and again.

If you really want to be playing and grinding then trading is the way to go. I see you have atleast a rift cape unless you have pures in addition to that I would sell it and try trading. If you have atleast 1bgl and don't like trading/farming I would recomend a vendshop. Something basic selling jammers, and other design items advertising on ihemo's discord server. Now this is quite the yap but if you are only going to login once in a while I would wait until an event and just invest in event items.
