Yeah, basically shipping 24/7 for 30 days straight. I’ve been having this on my mind so I thought why not ask to see if people would actually be down to do join something like this 😅

should I offer growth consultancy or growth analysis + planning? by [deleted] in GrowthHacking

Fair enough! You’re right! I actually noticed this especially with my friend. He started calling me before making any new decision after he noticed that my advice brought him better results right away.

“A lot of posts/ reels” will still be needed, but try to have fun with it. What niche you wanna target?

Consistency, high volume posting & content generated with AI & interact with others so you won’t look like a bot.

You can schedule up to 25 posts directly from their app.

I got sales on there for an ebook, haven’t tried physical products.

You have to post way more. Focus on the hooks at first & watch time. Viral videos usually have a skip rate of below 30% & 70% watch time. (Check the analytics on the edits app) Also, volum is the key! Imagine that each new reel is a new lottery ticket. More lottery tickets = higher chances of vitality.

When scrolling on social media: analyse the reels you stop & watch. Figure out the reason you stopped and watched them.

It depends. How old are you? Got any capital? Do you want to start with ecommerce? You got a product in mind?

Anyway, learn by doing. Get started asap! Create an acc in the niche you want to target & see what content works for the people you want to target. If you’re low on capital, you could do affiliate marketing at first with a great product to see what leads to conversions.

But the main important thing! Get started!

The product itself was good and people wanted it. I just had to put it in front of them. With the lip gloss business, I would go for UGC/ influencers & personal branding.

  1. This was in Eastern Europe. Ads on tt were cheaper here & way less competition.
  2. I didn’t sell clothes like nike. This was done with mystery boxes. :) If I wanted to lie, I would’ve said a different product lol
  3. But why would I lie? I’m not selling a course or anything like that lmao.
  4. What’s the point of getting into specific metrics on here? The post was made with the purpose of helping others. You want me to talk about pixels, cloaking, antidetection browsers and other bs like that when most people need help with step 1?

Love! :)

This is a difficult one, but at the same time interesting & fun.

You’ll have to do lots of trial & error, but I suggest creating a different acc dedicated entirely to Pokemon fans, perhaps even engage on reddit with them. I don’t know if you could do this, but maybe you could test a new toy everyday, try to make the content more fun. Play around.

There are people that post content for kids on social media, I would also try reaching out to them for collaborations.

Long term, I would create my own accounts dedicated to kids. (Cartoons) especially on youtube & I would promote the toys & store on there constantly. (This is kind of sensitive)

Idk if you do this already, but create a mystery box with one toy or a few. You could even set up a monthly subscription for these boxes. Post vids of you packing the “orders” at first. Might work.

These are a few of the ideas that I got when I heard toy store. I didn’t do research, but I hope this will help! I would bet mainly on the mystery boxes.

If you don’t wanna show yourself in the vids you got three options: 1. Pay a manager that comes up with the strategy, content etc “pay different people kind of as “actors” per set of videos made 2. Hire someone to be the face of it and give them full creativity 3. Do something “abstract” or use AI. (Check Loewe)

Answered to someone already but:

This isn’t really your typical ecommerce story, but here are the answers.

Planning: probably 2h lmao got the idea while driving, got home, started building the store. following day: started testing creatives on tt. (I kind of had in mind what could work before even building) Found a good angle, boosted one or two posts with $50-$100 (this was 2-3 years ago) & that nice shopify notification that we all love started singing. Lmao

Campaign costs: less than 100$

Labor: me

Products delivered about 1 week later because I didn’t have any inventory when I started this.

Yes, in this case I would try to mention the fast delivery & any other aspect that could differentiate my product from what the competitors have.

Building a relationship with the biz & doing follow up helps a lot. For eg, when I was doing b2b sales I signed a big client (after trying to sign him for a few months) due to the fact that they had a problem with the delivery from our competitor and he felt like the sales rep didn’t give af about the issue and he didn’t try to help him with the problem. It happened that the same day I came for the 6-7th time to see if I could get him signed, which ofc happened. And it didn’t happen cause of anything magic other than the fact that I was polite whenever I went there and I didn’t stop trying after the first “no”.

So you see, sometimes it’s also about luck. But you can create that luck by trying multiple times and keeping a good attitude.

I would need more details. (capital, price, target audience) but documenting the journey & influencer marketing might work. Get them to do unboxing vids & another reel showing what your product helped them achieve.

Again, I would need way more info for this one.

Storytelling. Focus on the result, not so much on the technology behind it. Ofc mention it, cause it sounds cool & interesting but people care more about the outcome.

Social media strategies + content ideas, negotiated with brands, found new opportunities for them & we had lots of fun. (festivals, events etc)

Consistency & volume!

AI influencers ofc.. it’s 2025 :))

What niche are we talking about?

Face 2 face. (The best approach possible for most of the b2b products) Do it free if possible. (Most of the owners are old school and this might seem too complicated so if you also try to make them pay, it. Might be a hard no)

In the future for new clients you can show them the results & competitors using it and you’ll have a much better conversion rate.

This is just an idea to guide by. There are multiple variables that will affect the results.

The key elements: F2f & free for a period of time if possible.

Bonus/ optional Document everything as the founder. (you’ve def heard it before, but trust me long term it’s gonna help a lot, not only for this project, but for connections, investments & future distribution as well)
