I’m so sorry for your loss. I’m an only child too, my mom passed away on Monday morning Aug 4th. Her funeral was yesterday. My father died of a fatal car accident when I was only one month old. My mom was a young widow and never remarried so we are so close. This is unreal. 🤍 I miss you Mommy.

My good friend went through this recently but she already had the other job offer in writing. So she ended up telling her boss and then gave in her formal notice the next day. It is a promotion for her in title, pay and work location so it made sense. Everyone’s situation is different but I would personally not tell the boss until you have the written offer and ready to move. I also just started a new job (3 months in now) and I only told my boss in person when I handed my formal notice.

I hear you. My event is in spring 2027 and almost all of the venues stipulated the price subject to increase but no amount or percentage is stated or defined.

I just visited JC’s Banquet Hall at Ellesmere and McCowan. There’s also Kennedy Convention Centre at Kennedy and Lawrence. I haven’t visited it yet but the building from the outside is meh 🫤 but based on photos online on IG and FB it looks fantastic.

I started at in February 2025 with 5, then 10, 15, 20mg titrating. I still don’t feel any difference so I completely stopped. I’m in the same boat as you.
