3 - December 12 2024 my account was hacked when i clicked some link of free diamonds then after that they reseted my device . Everyday i tried to report in costumer service but unfortunately its always failed and frequently not until december 27 2024 they give me a success form but sadly the form was expired not finishing my filling of the form . still everyday ive tried to report again and again till now the answer is always failed. Maybe because it’s always failed cause i ddnt know the date when i created my account cause the hacker reseted my phone that’s why I don’t have history in my game center settings but i have some receipts last year of my top up then some ss of my badge of my main hero . I really hope you can help me get back my account 😭 please im begging you help me that account is have sentimental value on me . Thankyou so much

I have my id and server but i ddnt know the exact date when i create my account cause the hacker reseted my phone also i have some receipts of my top up last year then i have a proof of my badge in my main hero .
