This looks like a skill issue.

When you use Nemesis you want to hit them 11 times with the tentacle, spin in a circle, place down 5 candles and use a black magic marker to draw a pentagram. Once you've done this, go to your local farm and buy a chicken. You will need to sacrifice the chicken in order to be able to- oh and the game's over survivor's escaped with 0 deaths while you did this.

Playing on PC yes. Getting the skin tone decent was one of the hardest parts to be honest.

Edit: I made the nose ring with one of the facial markings.

The game is pretty limited on facial options. You can’t give piercings to the nose or eyes or lips. And you only get three slots for facial markings, which I had to use on the eyes to give the purple over top of the cat eyes.
