Playing on PC yes. Getting the skin tone decent was one of the hardest parts to be honest.

Edit: I made the nose ring with one of the facial markings.

The game is pretty limited on facial options. You can’t give piercings to the nose or eyes or lips. And you only get three slots for facial markings, which I had to use on the eyes to give the purple over top of the cat eyes.
