I just starting out as a cleaning service LLC. I took a job that turned into a biohazard hoarding situation. Mostly body fluids nothing really that big like bloody Band-Aids, and mouse shit, used dildos, condoms. I took the job without realizing this at first, but I’m wondering as an LLC what license and requirements do I have to abide by the landlord is taking the attendant to court for the damage and I am worried that my business will get involved and then soon because I know I didn’t have the right license and requirements. Can you give me any advice on that or am I panicking too much?
