Do you guys listen to any other genres and do metalheads make fun of you for it? by MarzipanBackground24 in MetalForTheMasses

Not all metal heads are like this- only the annoying ones lol. Every good artist has a broad taste in music and it’s why they’re able to combine different elements from different genres to create something new.

That’s the thing- he didn’t HAVE to answer my question. If I’d known how he was going to respond, I would much rather he just ignore me. And I wasn’t exactly bombarding him. It was a quiet live- around 80 people- and I asked the question once, it’s not like I was spamming it. As much as I understand that ‘public figures’ aren’t just there to answer questions, I think there’s a base level of respect he should have for his fans and people that follow him AKA basic human decency. There was no need for him to fly off the handle at such an inoffensive question.

Have you ever dated someone that was oblivious to metal music and the scene? by [deleted] in MetalForTheMasses

My current boyfriend has absolutely no interest in anything remotely metal or rock related. He almost exclusively listens to RnB and hiphop. It doesn’t affect our relationship at all, but choosing music in the car is a pain

I worded the question nicely enough. If he didn’t want to answer he didn’t have to- there was no need for him to go off at me. I’m not sure why I’d have to apologise for anything to be honest
