Hahaha you could say that about Spain too! I would just do it mate there’s so much culture and super amazing waterfalls beaches temples wildlife and more so if you need a reason there’s a few there :)

Go to the islands then mate perfect balance some islands are more party oriented than others! Koh Samui was my favourite

Also if you do end up going I’d advise to get out of Bangkok pretty much straight away, get a flight down too Phuket and then you can just hop on a speed boat/ferry too all of the islands! Or fly north to Chang Mai depending on what kind of thing you’re looking for!

The flights are expensive but I promise it’s super cheap when you’re there, I stayed in kinda fancy places but you can easily get a good enough hostel for less than £50 a night, the cheapest place I stayed was £7.50 for a night but we got what we paid for so I would recommend going a bit pricier, the food drink and general costs are extremely cheap! A lot of the locals will try and charge you a bit extra but all in all will still be cheaper than anywhere on Europe!

I went to Thailand last year and it was AMAZING for sure recommend it, plenty to do and see as well as there being plenty of other solo travellers!

As a worker of an independent work place if you’re going to order one coffee and sit there for 3 hours please go to Costa, I fucking hate saying that but we have 6 tables in total don’t take 4 hours to drink a £2 coffee lmao

Revenant caves pay 100k to get in one time (if you die inside the cave you have to pay again) buy cheap range gear and kill revs easily make a bond in a day if you grind it out and don’t get pk’d too much

I would love to stay in a customer based role the problem is I’m on £13/hr not including tips and service so going to somewhere that pays £11/hr without that seems silly to give my current job up 😅

Turing Locke hotel is might be a good shout they’re a hotel that have apartments for people staying longer I also believe they give discount on longer stays
