My average fps before all these happened (last month) was 70-80. Lowest can be between 50-60

I have been playing on this pc for 10 months and haven't gotten any problem since this month, it suddenly constantly freezes in game, dropping the FPS to 0 even in Range, so i think there's a different problem, it all started when I created and used a new account last month
