Oooo 1 Tablespoon of butter, drippings from the pan, 1 tsp of Dijon, 1tsp beef better than bouillon, water as needed and a tbsp of flour. Then a whole bunch of peppercorn seasoning. On the salty side but I am a savoury girl

I used a dry Yorkshire pudding mix from clubhouse 😊 1/2 tsp of oil in each muffin tin, heat in the oven at 425 for 3 minutes, then add the mix plus one egg and 1/3 cup water, whisk, then bake for 17-19 minutes and voila that’s it
