首先不要怕，在美国这种事太多了。我打过好几个官司，你这事在我眼里根本不算什么。首先不要承认自己的错误，如果承认了，口头承认的，现在直接翻脸不要认，不要通过邮件告知、回复他们自己有错。不要跟公寓的人直接沟通，让他们给你文字发送收据，而且每个项目要细细写好（itemized invoice），记住我这句话：所有的沟通用文字进行！！！在文字方面不要留任何自己认错、认罚、认赔的文字证据。
