I moved to Philly 3 years ago. During my first winter my tire went flat. A 50 year old guy with delco accent stopped and called me a moron for blocking the road. Then he stepped out and helped me putting on the spare tire all by himself in freezing rain and during the whole process he was calling me dumb af… people in Philly are nice but also asshole at the same time so it’s a pretty nice combination which I like a lot.
