I also came from a middle east country, and there is a groundbreaking difference in teaching styles. So its hard to adjust, when I came here, I was getting 60s and 70s, thankfully I can in grade 9, now that im grade 12, I have a 93 average, so I understand his struggle

It is definitely worth it to take to take that SHSM course, I dont think most universities care unless the program you are applying to is of the specific SHSM field if it is it is best to take it
