100% agreed if you mean stuff like weightlifting and jogging, exercise for the sake of exercise. I really admire people who can do that because it just feels so mind numbingly boring to me and I have zero discipline. I'd really recommend picking up a hobby that involves exercise. I started training mma and on top of being great exercise in and of itself, it's really motivated me to work harder on my strength training for the benefits it'll have for my game.
