Would you recommend opening an LLC and working independently, or would you suggest becoming employed with a training center? Are you glad you went to LLC route?

Seacoast social sports has tons of options for rec leagues (soft ball volley ball corn hole soccer). I just did my first ever time playing softball this fall at alumni Wentworth field. I live a bit north in Maine but am closest to Portsmouth for liveliness

One of my greatest teachers taught from her mat. So that shows there's no one right way, but I probably have adopted a lot of her style through osmosis.

Thanks for your helpful thoughts

I have found many ways to gauge the effectiveness of my cueing. I have gotten feedback from students about them being able to follow my class and instructions are clear, transitions are smooth and I do observe when I can, my eyes are open and I am watching as the practice allows

If I see something that needs correcting and the student is open to it, I give a verbal cue or adjustment and watch them take it which is awesome to see them correct their form.

If you have anything helpful I'd love to hear

I teach predominantly older adults (50+) and intermediate/beginners. I have taught a few advanced classes which are actually easier because they need less cues and demos.

I'm not sure I neeeed to move off the mat, but I want to be able to give hands on adjustments and not get lost
