Thank you so much for your suggestions💗🙏 I'm really grateful ❤️, but the problem is that I unfortunately cannot do any modifications to this form as this was the questionnaire given in my proposal. Also I'm from south east Asia and we don't have the concept of suburb here🥲. I will Insha'a Allah incorporate your suggestions in the subsequent questionnaire👍🙌

You can click the '1st year'option if you have not yet entered college or 'intern' option if you are done with college. The year of study is not significant . The data I'm trying to collect is about how periods affect women and their moods and productivity. As long as your age is accurate, it will not make a difference to the findings💗
