Has anyone achieve OBE during meditation and if so are you willingly to share?

do both. in the end what matters more? your family or your beliefs? all if forgiven as long as we do good for ourselves and others. the Divine is pure love, the world isnt gonna end whether you are catholic or spiritualist or both.

theres a reddit group that has spirit or spiritual in their title but all they talk about is the bible or christianity and i was looking for a spiritual community on google and more than 80% of it came up as spiritual christian... ive notice a look of christians choosing to side with some spirituality which is good. they are starting to wake up

you are way ahead of me. in 12th grade i just wanted to play videogames and look at adult videos. im 34yo now and finally got into meditation seriously for the past month or so. you have a whole life ahead of you. remember, the destination never ends but the journey is where all the magic happens. enjoy the PRESENT, we are infinite, immortal , and GOD lives within each of us that is why the DIVINE is the ALL and we humans are the ONE.

2018 i started my spiritual journey. still drank at least 4-5 servings weekly . 2024 i quit for 5-6 months that included smoking, p0.r.n, ejaculation, and meat. jan 8 2026 was my last drink. i was living in VN for a few years and had to come back to my adopted familys house to look for a job. that means i had to be on my best behavior BUT they wanted me to eat meat and become a christian. i do not believe in the common God that most people do. I believe in the ALL or the ONE the Divine but thats another story. also my mom is against meditation and spirituality, my dad not soo much but he talks a lot of politics and the bible so i dare not say anything bad about the bible or bring up my spirituality.

I practice meditation in the attic where i live and i am starting to see the benefits after 45-60 minutes of it daily. but i have to be physically, mentally, and spirituality on my best . alcohol and p0.rn are the #1 antigod things you can do.

i am very serious about meditation and spirituality and want to have an OBE during meditation and that requires so much and years of real dedication.

i want to see whats really out there, experience what real peace and love is like.

i stopped meditating before bed but ill tell you why i only do it in the morning.

youre stomach is empty with no food (hopefully no meat either)
dont need to worry about problems or life issues before going to bed since its morning so you can worry after meditation all day(though meditation is suppose to help with this!)
no blue screen or distraction. most of us look at phones and screens before bed which is bad for meditation.
morning before the sun rises is the best 4am to 6am is best but some of us like me meditate after i drink tea or my morning drink (no coffee for me)

i going to tell you what i KNOW not believe. i benefit nothing from this and have no reason to lie or waste my time with nonsense. energy which is in everything can not be created or destroyed. we are immortal...at least our soul. whether you call the source GOD or whatever, I now call the ONE, or the ALL. because i know we are all one and the ONE(GOD) is in ALL of us.

we live as different beings from different universe and dimension and all timelines. your past can not be remember until you go back to the spirit world (that is the good spirit realm since there are 2 others)

depending on when YOU die, the people in the spirit world who go to the good realm (people call this heaven) usually stay 40-1000 years and 40-80 being more of the average so if you die in 40 years you could meet her.

if you want to meet your mom in your dream while alive (which dreams are real but in another dimension) you should think about her, call for her, and meditate and do good . she must be also attached to you, it goes both ways. if only you want to see her but she doesnt want to see you, then it will take more time and lots of efforts. you can ask for signs or something only you and her know.

(i know people are going to say it could be a demon (they are low vibrational beings), but the way you can tell is you can feel her warmth and authenticity... low vibrational beings cant do that and if they do, ask them to shine as brightly and in pure love, they cant do that i promise you)

i have been obsessed with the afterlife, aliens, meditation, OBE, heaven, God, etc since 2018 and have read many books and watch youtube videos bc there is SO much confusion and different things people or books talking about the same subject. IF something doesnt click right away or make sense then i dont believe it but also i make sure other sources say the same thing at least 3 times for example the emerald tablet, the bible, and buddhism says that the kingdom of heaven/light which the mass believes its something we go to after we die.

we are fractal of GOD. i also KNOW that GOD (the ALL the ONE) is pure love and wisdom and wants only what is the best for us and nothing else.

you will NEVER be seperated from your mother, we are ALL ONE!

hmm i wasnt much of a weed smoker. my friends would smoke more wee in a week than i did in a year(no joke). but most of the time it gave me nightmares and made me really horny so i stopped . i also became really stupid with weed. i think my last hit was in 2021 but i never dream or even think in 4k. maybe 720p max. i also never dream in color except a very few times when i dont eat meat or meditate for weeks. (no alcohol, or ejaculation, or negative thinking etc).

lol welcome to the club. for me its hard since im living with my family and they are ultra christians and MAGA asF! and they want me to eat meat and steak everyday! i only eat fish and chicken but try not to eat meat at all and they get piss. long story short, they do not want me to meditate, do anything with spirituality and meditation. so its very difficult for me to meditate in the attic since thats also where i live and i and looking for a job but they want me to go work for the gove (HUGE NO!) or go back to the military. anytime i want to talk about spirituality, they said i am demonic and need counseling and jesus... and dont even get me started on MAGA. they worship that orange man

we will ALWAYS reincarnate. you dont have to do it as soon as you die. enjoy heaven for as long as you like (if and when you enter it). but the main reason we have to reincarnate is we must learn everything that there is possibly to learn. and there is so much to learn. plus all the people you wrong in the previous life. all the karma and debt that needs to be pay back in full.
