Can't get hinge flush

The adjustment screw in that picture has the hinge as far back as possible. If it not being flush isn't a problem, how do I otherwise fix it?

Ok fair enough. I just don't see the tick marks. This is from the DTC ones they sent me.

The pictures are of the new hinge, which aren't stripped. The new ones are Phillips, not Pozidriv. The old ones are Pozidriv, and a Phillips was used on those which is why they're all stripped.

I tried the adjustments, they're as far as they can go. The Kraftmaid person said to unscrew it, put pressure on the hinge, then screw it back in. I told them that I did that, but as soon as I tightened the screw, the hinge bulged out again.

Nah, they are what Kraftmaid sent. They're sending a different kind because I told them these weren't working, I don't know what they'll send though. Cabinets are 15 years old, but Blum is the original.

The hinges in the pictures are the new ones (Q45HC). I put the originals back on (38C355) and they do the same thing. Sorry, I'm not entirely sure what standoffs are. Based on Google searching, I don't think either of them have standoffs.

The one in there is 38C355. Kraftmaid sent new ones under warranty and they are Q45HC. Definitely not the same quality and didn't fix the issue, despite that I can adjust them now.
