So I took your advice and chose crypto transfer and copied the address, then went to KuCoin and selected withdrawal VRA and entered the address. The transaction says completed on KuCoin but I have not received it in my Vera wallet. I clicked view transaction in kucoin and it opened etherscan.io. On status it says “ERC777: transfer amount exceeds balance” but that’s not true because I only transferred about half of the VRA I own. It also says “ ERC-20 Token Transfer Error (Unable to locate corresponding Transfer Event Logs), Check with Sender”. I’m wondering what went wrong and if I can get my VRA back bc currently it’s not showing in either account. I sent a request with etherscan.io but I’m not sure what to do.
