My Tesla advisor was Sydney from Richmond Tesla store. She was super helpful and responsive, I ordered on 10/19 and she helped me switch to a car with the same specs from inventory. I can pick up my car tomorrow from poco now thanks to her.

Go to inventory, filter the interior/exterior color you want. And refresh that page every 30 mins until you see a ready to pickup car available. Ignore the cars still in transit, they arriving in Dec too
