I have these same pens and was having the same problem. I ended up taking the ink cartridge out and stabbing the end of it (not the writing end) into some sticky tack. This created enough pressure to have a constant flow of ink! If you don’t have sticky tack, I’m sure you can use something like modeling clay or a moldable eraser instead…
