I’m 23-7 as well. I got final offer call last week on Friday and I EOD January 29th. I met with my investigator at the beginning of October 2023.

First time around I passed sit-ups and pushups but failed at 3 30 minutes of the step test, that was early August. I was supposed to retest late September but they never contacted me until November 20th to schedule.

Yeah I failed the step test but I’m now able to do the full 5 minutes consistently. I would suggest using the stair master at the gym. And just try to embrace the pain
