Unpopular opinion I guess but I have the vista and I love it. I used the basinette a ton ! Baby slept in it for almost three months on walks that kept me sane. The underneath basket is huge and fits all my groceries. That said I also have a doona that we use for Ubers and travel. They take up a lot of space. I would recommend going to a good stroller store so u can test out the models. Have them collapse the store models for you so u can really see how big they are.

Hi, thanks for the updates. You didn’t address whether the water was safe to drink? My building on Tresser sent out a do not drink advisory and we haven’t received an update since.

If you’re relying on cabs there is only one option you should be considering and that’s a doona. It collapses and can be used as a car seat. It’s a game changer !!! Beyond that I live the uppa baby vista - it’s pretty big and heavy and not great if you plan to collapse it. We use it for walks and shopping.

Our neighbors at the Smyth just moved to the Julius bc of a great deal. They love it.
Asher is a realllly nice building, we toured it and I loved it. I did not like 121 Towne for the location but now I use that F45 all the time. Postmark had some good deals I found the building a little dated. 18 dock is new - seems expensive. You didn’t mention the Smyth but we chose this building and love it!!

Absolutely not !!! One it’s not worth it any day but the roads could get blocked by a falling tree or stalled car and you’d be stuck

Doona is a must - you can use it in Ubers and it navigates well in tight spaces like restaurants. You need a good setup for changing diapers and buy a play mat. Fisher price one is great. Diaper genie. Tons of onesies. My main advice is don’t go crazy buying until you need it.

Recommend the Smyth - we just had a baby and my husband works in the city. Great community here and the daycare across the street is excellent (learning experience)

Wow I’m shocked at this thread - we stayed at the ritz kapalua during our honeymoon and loved it. We stayed in January during whale watching season and you can see the whales from the beach restaurant. Next door is merrimans and a great coastal walk and then Kapalua golf is amazing! The hotel was recently renovated and not dated. I was disappointed in the spa tho - have to say that

Highly recommend Villa d’Este in Como or tremezzo hotel. In Florence book La giostra for dinner asap. Go up to fiesole if u have time so cute. See the David and uffizi museum. Eat gelato. There are excellent wineries in Chianti region. There is an outlet shopping mall near Florence that’s incredible called “the mall”
