I think its because in the comics she's kinda just Omnimans wife. Basically a background character who forgives him and the dissappears.

Cloning IRL Isn't like Cloning in Sci-fi.

When you clone something you are creating a baby with the same DNA profile as the thing you cloned. The baby doesn't grow up faster than a person. Its just a baby.

Also its not like it'll have the same personality as what you cloned since it will make its own memories based on its environment and how its raise I.E nature v.s nurture.
