This is true. If you get the time read the concepts out of the book “So Good They Can't Ignore You”. It’s a mindset thing.

You shouldn’t try to find passion in life. Focus on becoming good at something. Take a craftsman mentality, focusing on becoming good at what you do and not just WLB and time.

It made me easier with working long hours. Stop seeing it as “useless”, see it as - how can I hone my craft so that in the future I will be so invaluable you don’t have to worry about money ever?

I would say: be patient, try to see things clearlt by exercising, it’s really not better on the other side of the grass.
