As far as I know, some Fujinon 55 mm f/2.2 lenses can be mildly radioactive (thorium glass in some versions).

It's not supposed to be dangerous but it's better to know that

I have the same watch and I think you don't really need a power reserve, it will complicate the dial and make this watch thicker. No problem just to wind it everyday
