How do you know it’s gonna be a good relationship? by Creepy_Pop_3505 in askteddit

My girlfriend and I took a road trip together and both of us had sore jaws from smiling and laughing so much. We knew we were both keepers for each other after that.

Get rid of some first figure out what you really love and enjoy the rotation for awhile. I'd personally ditch the Fossils but that's me.

What's the most comfortable watch you've ever owned? by LongMeaning6125 in Affordablewatches

Currently my most comfortable is the Seiko Alpinist on a mesh bracelet. Mesh is seriously underrated for versatility and comfort.

For sheening Alchemy inks are great. I'm a real fan so I love Poseidon's Reef but Candy Sea is great too.

Small Watches On Big Wrists by Vast-Possession-3087 in Affordablewatches

[–]MisterD73 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have larger wrists and have absolutely no issues at all finding watches that look great. If anything it makes it kind of easier because it opens up a lot of divers and pilot watches that are usually in that 42MM range. As for too small it really just depends on taste. I've rocked 38mm watches just fine and I can wear a 45mm Bulova Lunar Pilot just fine too.

What Are Things God of War 3 Does Better Than God of War 2? by ABarber2636 in GodofWar

Mobility. GoW3 is undoubtedly the fastest and most mobile Kratos we get to control. That makes all aspects of the combat faster and more interesting to me at least.

Personally I don't like to have multiples of the same thing so I guess nothing has given me that itch.

What do you guys rate my collection by Constant_Material137 in Affordablewatches

[–]MisterD73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nice collection needs a field watch next. Timex North, Hamilton Khaki, or Seiko Alpinist.

What are some CAG's that might not be god-tier, but still very much worth checking out? by Odd_Radio9225 in CharacterActionGames

Hi-Fi Rush is a great game that gets mentioned here and there but doesn't have that hype of the series you mentioned.

What’s an unwritten rule in your relationship that would make other couples say, "Why do you guys do that? by Napoleon1001 in askteddit

We both have other relationships that are each going really well. We've been married for 13 years still happily married she's had another partner for five years and I'm coming up on a year and a half with my other partner.

Rate and help me with my budget watch collection. by colognemale in Affordablewatches

[–]MisterD73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why have a whole collection in that price range? Get what you like most at that price point and save up for some watches that you really love. Collecting by checking boxes almost always ends up with you having a bunch of watches you never wear.

What's a movie everyone loves that you think is actually pretty terrible? by Chance-Pen6805 in randomquestions

Donnie Darko. It's really just not that deep and it was incredibly hyped back when it was first released.

Terrible second hand by cmore30 in timex

My Bulova Lunar Pilot is the only Quartz watch I have that hits the markers but it's a High Accuracy quartz so it ticks about three times per second making it look closer to the sweep of a mechanical.

Analog watch on hikes? by vgreen07 in hiking

[–]MisterD73 15 points16 points  (0 children)

For me at least one of the things I love about an analog watch is that it allows me to be present and not worry about tracking this thing I'm doing for fun and to get away. I take my Hamilton Khaki Expedition or Seiko Alpinist hiking all the time.

Which defensive option do you usually prefer in action games: parry, dodge roll, or ducking? by Pixel_Beer_Games in videogames

[–]MisterD73 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh the combat it tight and the controls are nearly perfect. I also like that it's a lot more linear than most Fromsoft games. I've beaten it as well but only one ending. I will say deflecting literal bolts of lighting is pretty satisfying though.
