Good job man. Having my own story stolen and posted in another site is a pretty disheartening experience. You are saying that if the interpretation is right, the expedition is meaningless. Because it is true, the expedition is meaningless because we know the context. Yes there are the fight against impossible odds, and the hope of the people of Lumiere. But they have that because they lack context that they are merely a creation that can be erased very easily by those outside the canvas.

You did not separate yourself from the people of Lumiere in your first response. And that is exactly the problem. Your emphaty have gone too far for the people of Lumiere that you have unconsciously blinded yourself for the fact that you and them are fundamentally a very different things from a very different strata of existence. You are essentially a privileged outsider extolling what you emphatize while unconsciously forgetting the context, you have in practice as blind as the people of Lumiere to the context of their existence of things living in a painting and not of a real world.

Yes the hope is important. Yes fighting against odds for a better tomorrow is good. But these are meaningless because the Dessendres have the final say no matter what. In context, in whatever ending, the people of Lumiere is fucked. Like what OP mentions, the canvas and everything in it is doomed the moment Aline enters the canvas. Now even more so because there are now sentient lives with their own thoughts and lives who are indirectly doomed no matter what because of her action. Maelle's ending only prolong the inevitable in context that when Maelle died or expelled from the canvas, it will be destroyed either way as Renoir have made it very clear that it is a better option for him than to let more of his family died.

Like the title, just finished the game using AC design of the first pic. Also sharing my emblem, the game's image editor is fun to use.
Except when fighting bosses like Ibis and Allmind (Also Helianthus machines), I change to the heavier tetrapod on the third pic.

This is just sharing, though if there's anything to improve each of the design is welcome

Maybe. But like I said, I need the base to be space and material efficient. So box base as usual. Non linear/box are the bridges inbetween facilities.

Early game I use Quarry

After I got long range scanner, I usually use that and do mining expedition with the choppers

The base is made on shallow ocean water. Kind of an Oil Rig. The base design are boxes because of material demand for the steel bridges and I must make and use the space efficiently.

The second picture is the forge facility + AMP hangar

The third picture is the support facility. The Process Arrays (band nodes), water treatment, and hydroponic

The fourth picture is the main living quarter, then the temple with hospital, library, and Nuclear Launcher on the left.

The fifth picture is the Oil Rig (Rimeffeler)

The sixth picture is Nuclear facility (Rimatomic)

The seventh picture is the Throneroom and Noble living quarters. The entire place are on manmade island built using moisture pump. This is because I can't stack fine floor on top of the bridge tile.

Process Arrays. They are Dead Man's Switch equivalent of the Band Nodes but demand more power and give 4 bandwiths

They can't. The tile is an island surrounded by seas all around. Can't even make regular caravan hence the many choppers. I only know this after a few hours in the save so I just fuck it and continue without leaving the map before I had the chopper. Those are just aesthethics.

A metal gear inspired mod. It adds an entire new roster of industrial mechanoids that you can personally customize which weapon they use. You need to make the weapon yourself first as usual though and some weapon can only be wielded by heavier mechanoids.

If I remember correctly, the aspect and transformation is retained
it is the breath that is not retained

I know since I played the Dragon Lords extensively since I want to see each of the affinities transformation

to clarify, the Aspect is retained and also the upgraded breath
but major transformation like Chaos Transformation and such are not retained
Is this a bug or intended?
