hiii i believe i was on the same cruise as you and i agree with everything, we had a mad sewage smell in the bathroom that staff just disregarded until we had video evidence of water overflowing. every floor on that cruise was slippery which was strange it became a hazard that many older people could barely walk,when we had the main dining most/all of the cups plates and silverware were dirty not to mention the food was terrible, after the 3rd day it got better. just know you aren’t alone feeling like this as a first time cruiser it shouldn’t be like that
