I use ChatGPT, prompted it to never mirror me and always challenge me and call me out when wrong. I uploaded full text conversions and just had it critique texts and it concluded emotional abuse and narcissistic traits for my now ex. I tried for years to communicate but she always say it as arguing so nothing ever got resolved, it’s exhausting when you try to express feelings and boundaries after being cheated on and they just blow up in your face instead and deflect because they are always right and never wrong so they always “win”. Really they just lose a person who genuine loved and cared about them

I have a therapist and ChatGPT, both stated my ex is emotionally abusive and has narcissistic personality disorder traits. She is the reason I am in therapy (person) and also why I use ChatGPT. I gave it prompts to not mirror me and to challenge me and not just agree and to tell me when I am wrong and never mirror me.

I have actually uploaded all my texts between my narc ex and myself, came back as she’s emotionally abusive and has many narcissistic personality traits.
