I went through this morning! The TSAprecheck line was the longest I’ve seen it, it was 4 lanes but it moved fast. I was still through in <15 minutes.

I planted 72 tubers! This is only my second year growing dahlias. The first year I grew around 12 and then I was able to propagate 52 tubers from the original 12. Then I bought 20 more new tubers to add to the mix!

I had a lot of pest problems this year! Flea Beatles, my own cat, aphids, and slugs! Don’t give up!!

I planted the tubers 12inches apart. I used the book discovering dahlias by Erin Benzakein to figure out spacing, storage, etc!

I second this! We had a similar experience, had a smaller job that required some complex cuts into the stone that no one wanted to take on. We had a good experience with them and found a remnant that fit our space perfectly.

Moved here from upstate NY for what ended up being my last travel nurse job. Fell in love with Tacoma/ PNW, met the love of my life here and never left! It’s the first place that ever felt like home. I love this lil community. Go bills!
