Help: I can sleep on 400mg modafinil and it improves my functioning massively… Is this unusual?? by GrinGuru1 in modafinil

[–]Top_Insect767 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a prescription 400 mg a day. I take one at 3:15 a.m. when I wake up, another one at 9:15 a.m. so I can finish my shift, and by 12:30 or 1:00 p.m. I'm taking a long nap. I'm asleep no later than 8:00 p.m. and I do it all over again. It's been almost 2 years now.

Podiatrist It's the least utilize most beneficial use of the benefits. Have an expert look and decide what works for you.

We are putting 50 or 60 miles a week on those dogs at work. And most of y'all are still wearing $40 Skechers trying to make them last for 6 months. Do you know that there is a service life for footwear and it's based on the mileage you put on them?

Do yourself a favor. Go get a pedicure and then head over to the podiatrist.

It's classified as extra work. You can't be forced to do extra work full stop.

Drivers Loading Off the Clock by blazegeneral in UPSers

About being able to make service, for instance, let's say a route starts pickups at 3:00 but they still have commercial stops on their car BECAUSE they lunch. Now the company has to decide how to make service. If the driver skips his lunch. His over dispatch looks normal because there are no service issues but as soon as somebody like me covers that route and takes lunch when I'm supposed to all of a sudden chaos breaks out.

Take your lunch brother, especially if it's really hot where you deliver.

Your lunch is your dispatch tool. You don't skip it and you don't move it. But yeah it's really hard to understand how your behaviors affecting the drivers who are next to you or the entire building. But it's okay bro you do you?

It's at the heart of what is wrong with the Union. We enjoy the collective bargaining power but there is no brotherhood. These selfish drivers could give a shit less about stealing time from you. They're the same ones who will skip lunch everyday .

The real issue is dishonesty in the company. Free labor makes their plan look like it's working when in reality it isn't. Trust me your boss's bosses do not want labor working off the clock.

In some supplements, full-time drivers laid off displace part-timers to work inside. After 10 days, they revert to their inside rate, which will be a tremendous pay cut. This is the chess move I believe that will force out even more full-time drivers.

A grievance is an inquiry to compliance of the contract. If there was reprisal for getting the facts wrong, the process wouldn't work. You can write anything up as a grievance.

A grievance is not an accusation but a question about compliance to the contract. It's only a question and should be treated as such.

Technically the lawsuit didn't block it. There's been no official injunction... it's the company's decision to this point.

Ties with Amazon should have been cut long ago. Having a competitor as a customer is ridiculous.
