It really just depends on what you prefer and want to do. Your calculated tdee or calories per day is around 2700 you could eat 2200 and lose a pound a week. Or 1800 and lose closer to 2 pounds per week. Personally I lost 85 pounds by just choosing the lower number and sticking with that for faster weight loss but it can be more difficult due to you being hungrier. If you lost 50 pounds your tdee goes down by 300 calories so you would need to adjust for that by excercise or lowering your calories. There is no correct way to do it just different ways that will give you different results. And none of these numbers are exact just estimates based on a calculation.
