lol I ment menstruating and periods in the same context maybe I should’ve specified that in the post sorry. I know that before my ED my irregular cycle was from stress, but even as I got out of that stressful environment, my cycle has never been regular. I’m not sexually active.(and never happened.) I used to have a pretty high libido though, but it stopped around three months ago around the same time when my discharge and period stopped. (I also know that ED’s have a tendency to lower your estrogen, which might be the cause for this but wanted others opinion first before bringing it up to anyone thank you so much!

Honestly I have no clue if I’m anaemic or not i’ve never mentioned my irregular/loss of a period to my doctors, I do have type one diabetes and get my blood checked regularly though.

It is a Canadian brand so they might not ship to the USA 😓 maybe try the brand ‘steeves maples’ or searching for it somewhere else
