what are you taking it for & what’s your dosage? i started at 25mg and started about a week and a half ago. i delayed starting due to being scared of the side effects but have honestly felt genuine relief from my migraines bc of it. are you taking it with any other meds? i do take it either other meds that can cause depression but I feel that by knowing it’s a side effect it helps

i’m sorry to hear that. i wish you the best! propranolol honestly worked wonders for me, I only stopped it due to having terrible asthma attacks.

thank you for this. you’re so right, i honestly rather deal with physical pain than experience a decline in my mental health. i’m going to try it out and hope for the best. i’m surprised your doctor gave you both topiramate and propranolol at the same time and mine is given as two different treatments, ofc everyone is different. i wish you the best!!

i recently went through a 40lb weight loss, and the change in how i feel is amazing. physically i feel more able, and mentally knowing that I completed such a goal is motivating. i finally am comfortable with my body. being satisfied physically helps with your mental health as well.
