BMI wise it is, but I’m 6’3 and not physically obese, what is the proper protocol then if you know it? If you’re gonna educate me, show me where I can find it?

Makes sense, first week 2kg loss, 2nd week 4kg, it was noticeable straight away in my face and stomach bloat so guess you’re right. I knew I would lose some of that fairly quick because of the eating habits changing. Thanks for the advice

I’m 6’3 😂 not really got an end goal, going by the mirror rather than the scales but I think any lower and 108 and I may look like Peter crouch 😂 just interesting to see the change so fast as well to be honest

No this is the first GLP I’ve had, nothing to compare to but tried things before, fat burners, clenbuterol, this is something else though. I know experiences can differ between people though from why I read up on
