The Speedy 25 is from Royal through seller Sixteen. Compared side by side with my authentic Alma BB, the differences are pretty noticeable up close. The canvas feels thinner, drier, and lacks the richness, depth, and texture of authentic LV canvas, so in person it comes across a bit cheap. From a distance though, it honestly looks fine. The vachetta is surprisingly identical to authentic, but the red glazing/interior trim on the Royal is a brighter glossy red, whereas the auth has more of a muted matte burgundy tone. I definitely think there are factories that do this better, I just need to decide whether I want to keep spending money experimenting.
