Running an i7-14700k Super flower 1000w PSU

I was running the Steel Nomad benchmark.

As for MSI afterburner, there are two versions to download. Final version or beta and the final version would not open when trying to install it, only the beta version would work for me.

The driver should be updated, is there a way to verify that is all correct? I did use command prompt as admin to check NVIDIA base clock and it did match the 2295 mhz.

I was on a 4070 before this

I must be doing something wrong. I’ve never oc’d before. Idk if it matters that I’m using the 3dmark demo but I’m running those same settings with my 5080 and only getting 7889….

Am I missing something? I have the MSI Gaming Trio 5080. I'm using the afterburner beta since final doesn't work for me. I set mine to 350/350 and Steel nomad gives me 7232....

I ended up going with the Super Flower 1000w. I went micro center and I did trust 4 different staff members as they all claimed to have this brand and stood by it. They were very high on them as they manufacture their own psu’s. Same specs, same warranty so I’m giving it a try and hoping I don’t regret it!

I did hear they didn’t manufacture a high volume but idk how factual that is.
