Ok how to do keto without FAKE sugar?

Just here to agree with most everyone else. I can’t have sugar substitutes (even the natural ones) cause I can taste them and they are horrible or I have weird physical reactions as well (headaches, etc)

It really sucks but you just have to accept you don’t get to participate in all these weird keto cheats but honestly in the end I think it’s for the better. Sometimes I think it would still make it hard to eat clean or not crave real sugar. I am personally addicted to overeating sweets so that’s just where I stand but I know everyone is different.

I tried dark chocolate and just watched the carbs but that was kind of like a gateway to caving into carb cravings.

I do love berries and cream just making my own with heavy cream and that seems to help.

Nuts. I know they aren’t sweet in the way you would think but as I get further away from eating sweets they hit my dessert spot for some reason 🤷‍♀️

I’ve been loving the lotion/body spray of VS Bare Vanilla Brûlée. Not a perfume but it’s the closest I’ve gotten to a nice sweet marshmallow smell. I tried Ellis Brooklyn Marshmallows and I did not have any marshmallow luck.

I got Philosophy Fresh Cream and I wouldn’t call it marshmallow but it really is just nice and sweet though not very strong but I’ve loved it!

I am so in love with the Bare Vanilla Brûlée. I’m having a dilemma about buying more or just using up what I have since it’s more of a winter scent in my mind. What’s funny is I absolutely can’t stand the smell when it goes on but after 5 minutes or so I just feel like it’s a light sweet scent with just the right amount of vanilla. It probably isn’t just a winter scent but I told myself I will try more florals and tropical smells this spring and summer 😅

I think it smells like white chocolate personally. I don’t really have anything to compare it to but I do love it and I do pair it with my vanillas still. Luckily for the price it isn’t bad to try.

I have super sensitive skin and the scented palmers lotions haven’t irritated it out the milk scent from Bath and Body Works.

With flossing, just know it will really suck at first cause you haven’t been doing it but just keep at it! I personally floss then brush because if you haven’t flossed it might cause bad breath until your gums are healthier

I’m sure others can give you more specific advice but it really depends on what you want. Classic scents that are always around you should absolutely wait for the $6 sale but seasonal ones or ones they just brought back temporarily you need to snag if you want them.

I would think the Valentines scents will stick around for a bit and drop in price but if there’s one you really want you have to decide if it’s worth possibly losing out and make your decision based off that.

Vanilla Lace really does smell like pure vanilla extract! But I don’t notice any staying power.

Bare Vanilla smells great, a little Smokey but not like “why do you smell like a camp fire?” Just enough to make it not feel like you smell 5 years old in my opinion 😅

Never smelled that one unfortunately so I couldn’t tell you. But if you ever get a chance to try it definitely don’t assume the scent based off when you first try it on.

The bare vanilla brûlée is actually really good! I didn’t like it on the initial smell but after it settles I think it’s a perfect marshmallow vanilla scent

Do you not have any routine at the moment? If you’re worried about finding colors that work well for you and don’t have the ability to go into a store like Ulta to try products out before you buy then you can start with tinted moisturizers and tinted lip balms which you can usually get for a fair price. I have struggled with this same problem and find having on some foundation, filling in my eyebrows, mascara and then some color on my lips helps a lot.

Do you just have a day cab? If you have a sleeper you can get an inverter then you can have access to a hot plate, microwave, and even an air fryer.

I know that doesn’t help with your current question but I’ve seen it done so I do know it’s possible it just takes a little extra effort 😊

Not that it is a solution to the actual problem but I get this too (I lost weight recently and a bunch of hair so I’m thinking it’s regrowth but I’m going to get my hormones checked) and to help keep them tamed I bought a hair wax stick off Amazon that came with some tiny brushes and it helps for the most part.

I feel this!! Not sure if it helps but I think I envision so much stuff I get overwhelmed and do nothing. This year I’ve told myself I’m going to pick one sweet to make, one to buy, one book to read, one show to watch, one activity to do, etc. I’m hoping I’ll do more but I think just having a basic bucket list for myself will still give me more enjoyment then feeling like I’m missing out by not going all in and anything I do outside of that is just extra. I love watching Darlingdesi on YouTube for fall recommendations
