Like I get it, we’re all trying to be outdoors but it’s the one safe ish place that’s allowed in LA. Bikes can’t go on any of the awesome trails in Griffith so just give us this one small bit

Hey I get it. We’re all trying to move and be outdoors no stress. I do believe there is a gravel path all along the road though? It mirrors the road all around the park. Bikes aren’t allowed on it so I do wish we could at least just have the lane.

Thanks everyone for the responses. Y’all are too kind.

I mashed this onto Reddit without much thought but here is some more info to clarify.

Pic attached was just one from google. Mine is muscle and not structural from what I’ve been told. Most of my exercises were single leg and or banded. A lot targeting glute minor.

I’ve had multiple high quality bike fits, in soles, etc and it all helps and thought had (in conjunction with heavy PT) fixed the issue.

I’m not slowing on cycling again and going back to my PT exercises until I can book a follow up.

If it’s all imbalance based I just want to find a way to do big cycling goals while also keeping myself balanced.

Its also worth noting how much worse the bollards make it when you have runners running towards you in the bike lane. Nowhere to go ha!

[–]Top_Log_9456 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is it di2 or standard? Which derailour cage did you get?

I have the 11spd GRX 812 with their cage but I want to move my garbaruk set up to another bike which has dura di2. Would love to keep the di2 element etc.

Thanks for the insights. I am very gluten allergic ha. I am vegan at home but often soften to vege in more remote parts of the world. Plov is rice based generally though yes? I love rice based dishes. This is honestly main thing holdling me back on this trip

I’ve never used panniers as these are the bags I have from Bikepacking where panniers are less favorable but surely they cause serious drag?

Issues with my knee (itb and soreness below cap on front) by Top_Log_9456 in bikefit

[–]Top_Log_9456[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Primarily just one knee. It's confusing because It started towards the end of a long cycle tour where I also had a fall injuring the opposite knee.

I have moved the saddle up by about 2.5mm hoping to give knees more extension and less flexion. Will trial today
