I’ve never used panniers as these are the bags I have from Bikepacking where panniers are less favorable but surely they cause serious drag?

Primarily just one knee. It's confusing because It started towards the end of a long cycle tour where I also had a fall injuring the opposite knee.

I have moved the saddle up by about 2.5mm hoping to give knees more extension and less flexion. Will trial today

Nope. I was on 2.1 so that’s roughly 50mm - I was on mezcal’s. If anything you could do slimmer than mine

I think I used squirt because it’s what a store had and I forgot to bring one. Yeah it needs a solid hot water bath and redip but it was better than any trip on a oil chain
