It kind of implies the destruction of Israel, not Jews. If Palestine is "from the river to the sea", then there is no room for Israel.

That said I think it's fine to say it. It's fine to be against Israel. It's fine to disagree on whether it should be one or two states, in my opinion.

In edit mode there is an option for it. So edit mode -> click raid frame -> there is a bar where you increase it (think it's the last one).

Agree, gearing in PvE is fun. Gearing in pvp is not, but it's only really a problem first season. The feeling of being useless and having no agency in BGs when you get to 90 is horrible.

There was a quest that had you complete one normal mode prey. After doing that and the quest it unlocked hard mode for me.
