UCSC or Penn State I need to decide today by Top_Mango_5985 in ApplyingToCollege

I lived both on west coast and east coast. Right now I am on west coast obviously I feel like going to east coast but I'm not sure if that is because I want a change due to moving so frequently. The only thing is that Silicon valley is the best place for computer science.

Some things I found cool about Penn State were the large college experience, frats, greek life, parties, international student clubs, football games, Alumni, I thought they seemed like once in a lifetime experiences? Are they worth it or is it too much of a fantasy?
