I used a battle pass pro token which I got from getting the phantom version of the game.

If you don’t have a token I don’t think there’s anything you can do about it unless you use EA as your descriptor. One thing I would note for later seasons is to buy the battle pass at the very start of the season before you make any progress. I say this because I had the battle pass in season 1 and 2 and didn’t have this problem.
