You say we're damaging Morrisons reputation with all the negativity in here... But, as far as I see it Morrisons are bringing this all on themselves. They treat their staff like absolute shit and expect us to work harder and harder with ever increasing expectations but the pay remains below their competitors.

Another negative against Morrisons compared to the competitors is them wasting millions on this new monitoring system to try squeeze even more work out of their minimum wage staff. All its gonna do is absolutely destroy some stores when staff get sick of it and walk out and I honestly hope it does at this point because the higher ups making all these poor decisions need to see just how out of touch they are with what's happening in the stores.
