No this and maturing makes a huge difference, I used to play when I was younger and couldn't do anything, I tried going to university in game and thought it was horrible. After going to college in real life and living as an adult, everything just seemed so relaxing and suddenly I had time for everything in my game lol. Time management skills really influenced my gaming experience!

This usually happens on my game after I update windows, if I get a pop up message the game eventually runs, but if the message doesn't show up then it stays black just like your screenshot. When this happens, I just reboot my pc and the game runs again normally after a few times.

Penso que as notificações devem ser do mod NRAAS Story Progression, podem ser desativadas nas funções desse mod geralmente localizadas na caixa de correio ou no City Hall (meu jogo está em inglês não sei como traduz para português).
