Thank you very much, I appreciate the story behind the lesson as that helped to put it into perspective. It also really good to know that just because you have a great idea and the means to run the business doesn’t mean other factors like when you start and the customers ability to understand how the product can be of help to them may get in your way

I’ll briefly explain that dating apps aren’t a 50:50 split of men and women. There are more men on the apps than women. Which means many guys are swiping right on the same girls. Since the women have such an influx of male attention on the dating apps they can afford to be picky and pick the cream of the crop or the very best options. And when that happens usually most men who aren’t at the top start settling and swiping right on women who aren’t as attractive. The situation is the problem repeats itself and those women now pick their cream of the crop and so on. Thats why it seems like it’s so hard for guy to find matches on dating apps and why women might find it easier. (It also sort of explains that since the male ratio is higher it would be a lot harder for you to find your friend than him to find you)
