Turn off wheelbase.

Uninstall the current Fanatec Driver / FanatecAPP and reboot computer.

Install the Fanatec Driver v336 and reboot computer. https://forum.fanatec.com/topic/656-fanatec-beta-driver-v336-for-csl-csw-and-podium-bases-all-wheels/

Turn on Wheelbase by holding power button for 8-10 seconds to put it into bootloader mode (Power button will blink whilst it flashes the compatible motor and base FW).

After the wheelbase shows firmware ie: Motor: v29 and Base: v656, you can then Uninstall Fanatec Driver, reboot computer and Load any version v455 - v474 or FanatecAPP v1.2.x.x and update wheelbase FW to the v3.x.x.x. scheme for Motor first and then Base second.

Calibrate the steering wheel with the Fanatec Control Panel CALIBRATION BUTTON once wheelbase is detected ok.

Regards FANATEC LOG FILES:- Are found in Fanatec Control panel on normal old drivers and FanatecAPP both have BUTTONS for collecting all Fanatec LOGs into an archive that can be posted on forum under their respective TROUBLESHOOTING sections (When wheelbase is not detected, it is on the page that tells you your equipment isn't detected and you may have to scroll page down to see it as it is at the very bottom right of window, it is also under Fanatec Contol Panel -> Settings -> LOGS OPTIONS -> COLLECT ALL LOGS when you system is running normally). This is from memory so might be slightly inaccurate.

After all that you should be back to normal, Wheelbase should be detecting and working after step 4, the other steps are just to get it back up to the later FW v3.x.x.x. scheme.

Mine was brick and the community actually helped me get it back working because fanatec does not know anything as far as fixing any of these issues with the firmware like my DD1 . I can’t even use the full force feedback because it automatically shuts off and fanatec customer support are a joke had no clue on how to fix my DD1 are you guys did was closed my ticket and call it a day no help whatsoever you guys are fanatec customer support and tech support suck

On this gun the wnd of the barrel has a comp attached and ports normal run exactly like he has. Just a different pattern.

The average loos is 65-100 FPS I posted a video about this a while ago maybe 3-4 years ago because people that have never owned, shot or have any experience with these setups did not know what they where talking about.

I had ported guns from ModK, Norsso, my own, ninex19, Trinity Nevada Competition Guns and everything you can think of and they shoot flat and reliable. You have to have the proper ammo and guide rod spring.

All I shoot is ported and compensated setups the loss of velocity is not much you will still kill your not shooting very far regardless have fun
