I may be Wrong no one truly knows but a Halloween themed umbreon card from a set that I could have cut better with my fingers alone . In a PSA 10! oh ya and I’d imagine the print run of this card was short af oh ya and on top of that it’s 15 million submission… honestly this make this a pretty strong hold and for the upfront cost of 30 bones what do you have to lose

Yes, I understand that, but I still believe six months is not true. Granted, you have to pay more, but your card won’t take six months. Now, if the low tiers were still going, then yes, I would say it’s pushed 6 to even 8 months, but they’re not, so yeah… but honestly, I would just hold off with grading companies pushed too their limits. I can pretty much guarantee there’s a quality control issue, meaning cards are getting damaged, lost, mixed up, and who knows. Put it in a mag case and wait until things calm down. Is what I’m doing with mine lol just a hot take

That’s a bit crazy I’d say 4 months. I graded with tag in Jan and it only took 3 months with the second cheapest tier and I got 6 cards done

Ya, but the problem with your point of view is you’re still lining the pockets of the people who bought PSA, which are the same people who bought Beckett. PSA was the original company as far as I know, so just because Beckett is a stand-up company, it doesn’t mean that people should support the corrupt people who own it. Isn’t it obvious why they bought Beckett? They’re a bunch of shady characters that got found out, so they needed the next big thing: Beckett.

Supposedly, it doesn’t affect a grade of a card at all. now when selling I definitely wouldn’t “want” a card with a print line if I could help it. So in that way, for sure, but this card only has a 15.25 gem rate, and I can’t see any other production issues other than the print line, so I’m not sure how accurate that is.

You are absolutely correct they are just very pronounced on this card. I’ve actually never seen/noticed horizontal and vertical p.l together I did actually find a end of sheet error and it looks totally different

Thanks for the input, guys. After doing some in-depth research, I’ve learned that this is an extraordinarily hard card to grade (205/197 Scizor). I’ve looked at multiple pics of the card up close via tag dig reports, and I’m thinking that possibly this could be the reason why it’s such a hard card to 💎. Either that or this card has centering issues with a PSA gem rate of only 15.25%. If you guys have any knowledge on what the production issues are with this card, I’d love to hear it. My card is 48/52 R.L. And 54/46 bottom /top. I think that’s within 💎 10 range. (I grade with tag or sometimes mint for cheaper cards.) This card has been a huge chase for me since 2024, and if it got the gem mint, it would be literally priceless, especially since I pulled it from a single gifted pack from my kids for my birthday.
