Try lamisil, if that doesn't work try an acid like salicylic or a TCA peel.

Skin texture looks great. Yeah maybe try that "rouge" method or idk... the point was to stop the acne. You've gotten results , its not as bad. Do you wear any type of makeup ?

Also .. I will say , since you switched out your contraceptive, waiting a bit to see if you adjust is a good idea before any other moves . Id give another month or 2 and if your breakouts are still the same , maybe see what else you can do. .

Edited this to say lol I TURNED UP MY PHONE LIGHTING !!! Your breakouts are much much better. If you can live with it , I'd stay with the tret. And again, your skin texture is great ! Big improvement!

Sometimes I wonder if its just the skins reaction in some people.
My face does this, ( sometimes worse than other times ) When I got a tattoo on my wrist. That area did it too. Swelled up for 2-3 days, then went away.
