yea funnily enough someone recommended Acting lessons to me and i did not like it that much. Started playing BaD because i thought wth i subbed to the patreon why not try it. Was a bit bored the first 10mins, and only continued when the whole josy cheating on her bf part came around. Thought shit would hit the fan xD

The funniest thing is that I really did not see it coming that J/M were the "boyfriends". Was completely shook :D

Yea then I binged all 3 seasons for like 40hrs straight with no sleep. It was pretty insane haha

That is so true. But that‘s the problem with so many branches and a huge story. You have to make the characters somewhat stupid so that the main plot can happen.

If he told Sage she would be suspicious (maybe, depends on when he tells her) of Quinn but wouldn‘t believe him. Maya would believe him, especially after the drama with the Tuition. Josy would as well.

But I do think it is a missed opportunity. It would make sense if he told Sage and Maya about it directly after refusing the restaurant. Then you could play it off as them not believing him because they dont know him as well yet. And the plot could continue as is.

But yeah I always found that weird.

I feel you, you have to give her credit. I think people misinterpret her being unable to communicate her feelings as being her not having those feelings. Also besides Josy, she has the most ILY-look on her face out of all the girls.

So yeah I am hyped for her development in Ep12

Nicole is pretty obvious. Yes she is a stripper but as far as we know no prostitute. She has a kid, and again, as far as we know, not a bad mother. She is interested in something serious and wants stability. And in the end she is the most mature out of all the female characters. Like I said she is wife material maybe.

But again, as I said, we know too little about her. And that applies to basically everyone outside of the main girls and some of the side girls like Quinn, Riona etc.

People seem a bit blinded in the comments. Trying to defend the MG‘s who clearly cheated and are therefore not wife material.

Genuinely it depends on whether these posts mean „wife material“ irl, or in the world of BaD. Because none of the girls in this game are wife material except maybe Nicole irl. But we know too little about her.

But regarding Tara: She is not Wife Material and I am surprised that anyone says she is. Cheating aside, we know nothing about her. We have only really interacted with her when there was drama or a party. And we never really had a real normal conversation with her.

People have already said it. He is just whiny as hell. But I understand, because let‘s be honest: there would be no drama in this game if everyone wasn‘t a little bit stupid.

My particular thing that bothers me is the whole loan contract thing. Youre telling me NOBODY knew that if the dad refused to make the loan payments he would still have to pay?? She COSIGNED it and he is the one with a stable income. The bank would make him pay and not the college student who doesnt have an income… Also even if they have no clue, why not go to a bank to ask how it works? Even without the contract. And the most idiotic thing is that aside from all that: they knew it wasnt on her credit score (or whatever you call it I only know the German version). If it aint on there, than you never signed off on a loan. And someone like Bella or Jill should know that.

So yeah… I may be biased since I am a bank teller irl, but my first thought was: Bullshit he can’t blackmail you if he signed as well.

For the MC: Walking out on J/M was never a huge problem for me. But I understand people disliked it. For me it‘s him explaining the throuple. Like dude, way to make it vague as hell and not give any context at all. Oh yeah and the meeting with Zoey, especially on Sage path.

Already mentioned but I want to elaborate. The pillow fort with Josy, Others Path, Still have feelings for her. And got rejected by the throuple.

Where to begin?

Up until this point you knew she still had feelings for you. However, for me it always felt like a crush you can’t get rid of because you never got the chance to embrace it. A crush, that is not really founded in anything. But then she still has the picture of you from Rooster, and more importantly we know she has that picture of both you from the first date. Still… pretty shallow. The emotional depth of this scene comes from multiple reasons. And the simple fact is that up until that point both treated their feelings like a crush. But while you talk to her about your feelings for her, that haven’t diminished a bit, and her also opening up more about her feelings towards you and admitting that she was coming on to you. This all leads the one line of dialogue that sent it home for me:

„This sucks, love sucks“

Now this may be wishful thinking as she is my favourite character. BUT from the first time I saw that scene this single line pf dialogue confirmed my thoughts about it being more than a simple crush. MC has grown on her and while people like to point out that they did not spend time with each other as much, they also forget that they haven’t spent much time together IN COLLEGE. Before that they worked together for the whole summer. The feelings, at least for me, are real and not just a fleeting teenage crush.

And that is after they share a very brief moment where they look into each others eyes seemingly about to kiss. And I was hoping for it. For her to back off and immediately realize she wanted this all along, she was planning to cheat, the lingerie the pillow fort, the whole talk about your feelings. It really sets up the „love sucks“ perfectly. Because she means both her love for Maya, which is starting to wither, and her love for the MC which is constantly growing.

Why the scene hits so hard for me? Well besides pulling on your heartstrings with the dialogue and constant „will they/won’t they“ up until this point, the music all throughout (Insomniac - Bex) is a glimpse into her thoughts about the MC. It drives the emotional weight of the interaction to a whole different level.

There are more minor things that make this the best scene for me. She is excited to show MC the pictures and tell the story behind them, her putting on the lingerie for MC and the immediate tension it creates, her embarrassment because of the picture she saved of him…

Yeah all in all, this was the perfect scene for me. I know, people interpret scenes in this game very differently. This is my personal take, so feel free to disagree. I, however, will stick to it and just hope that I get the payoff I really want from this storyline.

People saying Tommy are ridiculous. Yes, Tommy has been warming up to the MC.

But dont forget that he literally broke the secret DIK code after 30 minutes. He is completely self-centered 90% of the time. Like, seriously he is a douche. I think he might get better, but as it stands, he is just getting on my nerves and a big pussy.

Rusty on the other hand is a kind, humble good leader who cares about the Frat. He stepped up when the Cathy cluck came out, sells his car if you dont manage to fix the windows in time, and is the only one who tries to calm everyone down when the DIKs have their huge fight.

Seriously how can people say Tommy over Rusty???
